She is the author of Positioning Gender in Discourse: A Feminist Methodology (Palgrave, 2003) and editor of Speaking Out: The Female Voice in Public Contexts (Palgrave 2006). She recently won an ESRC grant to research the subject of gender and leadership discourse.
